Did you know we offer maternity boudoir photo shoots? Pregnancy is such a special time in a woman’s life…why not celebrate with a maternity photo session. We have robes, lace maternity dresses, sheer fabric and even wings in the studio to create different looks for your maternity shoot. We also offer a flower milk bath option. What better way to show off your feminine power and radiant glow. We recommend scheduling your session at 28-32 weeks pregnant so we can show off your belly bump while you can still move around! We are typically booked out 8 weeks in advance so if you are thinking of doing a maternity photo session, get in touch soon! We’ll schedule a time to go over the details and answer all your questions on our consultation call.

Here’s what Mrs. V said after her maternity session:

“I came in for my photo session because I’m pregnant and I wanted to do this for myself. I chose Niki because I love the way she poses women. It’s very feminine and flattering and beautiful but not overly sexualized. I wanted to look like a woman not a balloon. I wanted a photographer who knows a woman’s body.

I was nervous about my body before I came in. I felt really good once I arrived for my photo session. I loved the makeup artist and the whole feel was very calming and relaxing. I was nervous about seeing my photos. I’m not photogenic at all, and I didn’t know how it would interpret in the images and especially since my body is not the same. I had no clue what to expect. I’m so happy…my images are beautiful! I’ll probably be back in a year for an actual boudoir session, and I’d definitely recommend Her Story Images.” ~ Mrs. V

Here’s what Mrs. N said after her maternity boudoir shoot:

“I came in for a photo session because this is my last pregnancy, and I wanted a picture record of it. I’ve always wanted to do this before. I felt nervous and excited before the shoot. I was more nervous of how the photos would turn out because I’m picky and critical of myself.

During the photo shoot I felt comfortable. I was actually very happy when I saw my photos, more than I thought I would be. You often see yourself in a different way, and then when you see yourself in photos it becomes more real.” ~ Mrs. N
