I love a creative challenge! When a client contacts me with a unique idea, I’m usually super excited to talk through ideas and make her artistic vision come to life. Part of the planning process is a phone call about a week before your photo shoot. Clients who have specific ideas for a shoot will typically create a Pinterest board or just send me photos via email so I can get an idea of that vision. Once you arrive on the day of the shoot, we’ll walk through my ideas, discuss different areas of the studio, furniture pieces, lighting and wardrobe ideas to make sure you create the kinds of images you are looking for. Here are a few of the unique ideas my clients have come up with using Pinterest as inspiration:

I’ve also been inspired by my client’s Pinterest boards to start using a black backdrop for more dramatic images like these:

I love it when my clients bring in something that they are passionate about! I’ve had client’s bring items related to a hobby, sport, cuisine…it’s always fun to see what we can create!

I’ve even had a few clients create photos for their business during a boudoir session. This amazing client, who is a recovery coach, utilized our session to create photos about money blocks!

People often ask me: What was the most interesting thing a client brought to a photo shoot? Without a doubt, I always answer with a snake and a motorcycle!

What would you bring to your boudoir shoot? I’d love to hear your ideas
